If we have your item in stock, it will go out within 1-2 business days. However, with custom jewelry, we might not have the crystal color or letter beads that you require. In those cases, your item will take longer to arrive. Customer service is very important to us and we will make every effort to get your purchases to you as soon as possible. If you need your item for a particular event, PLEASE let us know so we can make sure to get it to you by then. If we cannot, we will notify you immediately.

What is your return policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply send it back in its original condition for a full refund or store credit. We do not pay for shipping. We want to you to completely satisfied with your experience at Daisy Chain Couture! Please let us know how we can help.

What if my item breaks?

If your piece of jewelry breaks within the first six months of purchase, send it back to us and we will repair it for free. Please know that normal wear and tear is inevitable.

Are Swarovski pearls real pearls?
